Tasting notes : intense aromas of blackcurrant, licorice, stone fruits and spices. The palate is balanced with ample and long tannins

History  : Domaine des Bertrands is a vineyard of the northern Rhône valley located on the right bank of the Rhone, in the departments of Loire and Ardèche.

The different steps of vinification are destalking then controlled alcoholic fermentation.
