Blend : Grenache 70%, Syrah 20%, Mourvèdre 10%.
Terroir : Stony clay-limestone soils
Vinification: Traditional fermentation with temperature control, vatting for 15 days. Very strict use of SO2. Wine from organic AB culture.
Dress : With sparkling ruby eye, raspberry highlights,
Tasting notes : the nose is rich with floral notes, red rose, peony and fresh pepper. The mouth is greedy and melting, soft and sweet tannins.
Matching Food : cold cuts, grilled meats, and in sauce, cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16 ° to 18 °.
